Refunds will only be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
We will only issue refunds in the event of the wrong item being sent, the item being faulty or if you cancel your order (cancellations apply to consumers only).

The cost of postage will only be refunded if you have been sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is faulty. We will pay for the cost of return postage and the postage of the replacement item.
Cancellations (Consumers only)
You have a consumer right to cancel your order within 7 working days of taking delivery of your goods. Should you cancel your order, please be aware that postage charges will not be refunded and that you will be responsible for sending the product back to us in a condition that will allow us to re-sell it.
A cancellation must be communicated by a durable medium, either written by recorded post, or by email. A telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
